heardify Discover™ is a digital stand-alone solution that allows you to easily collect hundreds of responses using heardify’s Well™ assessment, understand them with automatic scoring, and run basic analyses for individuals and groups.
The heardify Well™ assessment
heardify’s Well™ custom well-being assessment comes from extensive scientific research and targets the highest impact areas for youth: mental health, school, safety, self-perception, technology use, peers, and physical health. To customize the assessment, take a look at Explore™.
The Well™ assessment can be taken on a computer or a mobile device, such as a phone or tablet. This enables you to administer it in a way that works best for your school. heardify also has other assessments that go deeper into each well-being area to provide additional insight (see below).

The Discover™ platform is an intuitive, simple cloud-based system tailored to your school that makes it easy to collect responses and see results in real time from anywhere. It includes administrator accounts with different permission levels, as well as a student area where students can access and take assessments.
Basic analysis
The Discover™ platform includes native analytic tools to create custom reports, such as assessment results summaries displayed as sums and percentages for each well-being area. Question-by-question breakdowns are available through Explore™.
